1. The Signature Multi-Ply Stainless Steel Insert

Its inner layer is also made of food-grade stainless steel. The multi-ply stainless steel inserts can be placed directly on a cooktop. It's scratch-resistant; any scratch marks will not cause any damage to the insert.
