Smart Cooker- Original Sponge Cake

Ingredients
| Optima Sponge Flour | 300 g | 
| Eggs | 5 | 
| Fresh Milk | 60 ml | 
| Melted Butter | 70 g | 
- Beat Optima Sponge Flour Mix with 5 eggs at low speed with an electric mixer until just combined. Then add in fresh milk, mix well. Turn to high speed and continue beating for a few minutes until the texture becomes creamy and white.
- Turn to low speed, add in melted butter. Beat for a minute until well combined.
- Brush and grease the Smart Cooker inner pot with butter. Pour batter into the greased inner pot.
- Select ‘Cake’ function, bake for 45 minutes.
